Class Cancellation Policy 

A registration may cancel their class registration up to 48 hours prior to the class start time and receive a full refund or choose to transfer to another class of equal value.  To cancel a registration, contact a manager at Art & Soul by phone at (402) 483-1744 from 9am-9pm CT, Monday-Saturday.  Holiday hours may vary.

 

If a registrant chooses to cancel their registration(s) within 48 hours of the class start time you will receive a refund less 50% of the class cost.  NO transfers are allowed within 3 days of the registrants scheduled class.  No shows forfeit their entire payment.

 

Art & Soul reserves the right to cancel any class that fails to attract sufficient enrollment, for chef illness or family emergency, or inclement weather.  We will contact you by e-mail and telephone & issue a full refund or you may request to be transferred to another class of your choice (depending on availability).  If you miss a class due to weather-related concerns, our standard cancellation policy applies.
